A note on AI

Almost every business I walk into now has the same three questions about AI: what it actually is, what it can really do, and how to use it without getting burned. I'm not an AI specialist, and I won't pretend to be.

But part of seeing how your work moves is noticing where a tool could quietly take a job off your people, or shorten the path to value — and, just as usefully, where it would only add noise and cost. Where I see it, I'll tell you plainly, in the terms of your actual work rather than the hype.
